This opportunity is based on a Reach Truck Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesOperate a Crown stand-up reach forklift safely.Move, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.Pick orders and stage pallets for shipment.Use an RF scanner to track inventory and verify product information.Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.Experience Requirements2 year's experience operating reach trucksAbility to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.Previous stand-up reach forklift experience required.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for growth and advancement."Great agency to work for.
