With an immediate opening for a Machine Operator Monday thru Friday 6Am to 2:30PM weekends off $17 per hour Job Summary: The Chip Slitter Operator supports production operations by assisting with machine setup, material handling, and finished product processing. This role ensures efficient workflow and quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Load rolls of paper onto the chip slitter machine safely and efficientlySecure and setting up cutting plates used to slot paper materialsSupport machine startup and monitor basic operation alongside the operatorRemove cut paper pieces from conveyor belts during productionStack finished products onto pallets, place into boxes, or load into cages as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications:Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsPrior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredWork Environment:Industrial/manufacturing settingStanding for extended periodsExposure to moving machinery and production equipmentNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
