The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating slitting, lamination, or similar converting equipment. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate slitting machines according to job specificationsMonitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiencyInspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipmentAccurately complete production and quality documentationFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience with slitting, lamination, or similar machineryStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret job orders and specificationsBasic math and measurement skills including reading measuring tapeAbility to lift materials and stand for extended periodsDependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safetyCompetitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for training and advancementSupportive team environmentStable, growing company
