Here, your day will center on onboarding new customers, servicing existing clients, organizing documentation, and keeping communication moving between customers and the sales team. As a Remote Customer Service Manager , you’ll manage important client service tasks from onboarding through ongoing support. You’ll communicate with customers, complete applications, collect documents, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate closely with sales. Service existing customers and address their needs. Collect documents and complete insurance applications. Send electronic signature requests to customers.
