We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our esteemed research team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical research experience, particularly in patient-facing roles, and will be responsible for managing a multitude of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials within the fields of oncology and hematology.

• Recruit and manage patient participants, ensuring informed consent is obtained.

• Utilize Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for data management and patient records.

• Work collaboratively on high-profile studies with well-known sponsors.

• Ensure compliance with all clinical research protocols and regulations.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience in a patient-facing role.

• Experience in running multiple clinical trials.

• Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with two years of clinical research experience, or a persons degree with one year of clinical research experience.

• Alternatively, a High School diploma with eight years of clinical research experience, or six years with a CRC certification from SoCRA or ACRP.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a hybrid environment, combining office and hospital/outpatient surgery settings. The position is fast-paced and requires handling a high volume of industry and investigator studies. The job offers a flexible schedule with four days remote and one day in-office per week. Candidates must reside within two hours of Philadelphia. The position initially covers a medical leave from July to December, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
