About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, with a focus on operations, to establish a strong link between the CEO's strategic vision and the company's day-to-day activities. This role is pivotal in taking the CEO's commercial and technical priorities, refining them, and translating them into actionable, well-structured work. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the executive team's focus on key priorities, as well as overseeing the execution of tasks that span multiple functions. Initially, the role will involve direct support for the revenue operations team, including CRM management, commercial reporting, and process automation. As the function stabilizes, the Chief of Staff will expand their scope to encompass the broader operational agenda of the company. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background of 5 to 8 years in chief of staff, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, or technical program management, with experience in agency, client-services, or B2B software business. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on execution throughput, and the ability to build and optimize commercial processes. The ideal candidate will be technically literate in data products and applied AI, and have a proven track record in CRM ownership, process automation, and AI workflow development. Strong communication skills, the ability to work with high levels of ambiguity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. The Chief of Staff will be measured on their ability to create a single source of truth for commercial data, consolidate commercial administration, and build a functioning operating cadence across the executive team within the first 90 days.
