Position: Insurance Account Manager

Location: 100% Remote

What You’ll Do:

• Support Client Success: Manage new and existing group accounts, prepare quotes and renewals, and explain insurance benefits clearly and confidently.

• Keep Everything on Track: Coordinate eligibility and accurately process enrollments, changes, and terminations.
\n
• Be a Trusted Resource: Assist Benefit Counselors, resolve billing and policy concerns, and manage escalated issues with professionalism.

What You’ll Need:

• Two or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
\n
• The ability to quickly learn new technology, systems, and processes.
\n
• The ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
\n

Physical Requirements:

This position primarily involves computer-based work, including sitting, typing, and speaking, with occasional movement.
