The Ten Commandments Apple
Apples
The Ten Commandments apple is a small dark red flushed apple used for cider making or eaten as a dessert apple. It originated in Herefordshire in 1883. The unusual name comes from the 10 spots on the apple seen if you take a cross-section of the apple.
